Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, HR management, Admin Activities and other related functions.
Responsibilities
- Handling day to day office administration and operations.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise company policies
- Implement performance review procedures and employee management
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues
- Maintain Attendance and travel details of the Marketing Team
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 6 month of working experience as an HR intern or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
- Ability to work in a critical environment.
