Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, HR management, Admin Activities and other related functions.

Responsibilities

  • Handling day to day office administration and operations.
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Implement performance review procedures and employee management
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues
  • Maintain Attendance and travel details of the Marketing Team

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 6 month of working experience as an HR intern or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
  • Ability to work in a critical environment.
  • Exceptional active listening skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
  • Good conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work as a part of a team.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently.
